LLC “SPE “Ukrekoproekt” provides services for high-quality and timely post-project monitoring in accordance with the norms of current legislation of Ukraine, namely:⠀
✅Development of a customised programme and post-project monitoring plan, taking into account the specific characteristics of the planned activity or facility;
✅Development of a post-project monitoring schedule and its coordination with the relevant local/central authority;
✅Conducting comprehensive studies (taking into account the requirements of the environmental impact assessment report, involving stakeholders where necessary):
➖soil (qualitative and quantitative analysis);
water (drinking water, wastewater, reclaimed water, ➖surface and groundwater);
emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere;
➖physical impact factors (noise, vibration, ionising radiation);
➖impact on flora and fauna (ornithological and ichthyological studies and observations)
➖impact of carrying out the planned activities during construction;
impact of carrying out the planned activities during the operational period;
✅Preparation of a report based on the results of the necessary studies and its submission to the authorised regional/central authority;
✅Development of measures and actions to prevent, avoid, reduce (mitigate), eliminate or limit the impact of economic activities on the environment in the event of discrepancies with the EIA procedure carried out;
✅Support for the enterprise and monitoring of compliance with the conditions within the approved timeframe.

Failure to comply with the conditions of the EIA Conclusion🌎 regarding post-project monitoring may result in a temporary suspension, a ban on planned activities, or the annulment of the EIA results🌍 and the requirement to undergo the EIA procedure again.
